Born and raised in East Tennessee. After dedicating 25 years to the postal service, she embraced a more fulfilling path that aligned with her passions. A graduate of Volunteer High School (1991) and Reflections of Health School of Massage (2023), she is also certified in Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, a machine-facilitated treatment designed to support the body's natural detoxification process by enhancing the flow of lymphatic fluid. Kristy strives to create a space where clients feel not only physically better but are treated with kindness and respect, ensuring they know they are truly cared for, all within a professional but Christian environment. Outside of work, she is a coffee lover, a devoted cat mom, and an avid traveler.
